This service is meant to be used to generate image assets and resources ( the items ) that could be used in different projects and website. To make it easier and more clear how you can use the items, we provide licenses along with the items that are available to you. You can find more information about Loaiding.io License in our license page.
While some of the items might be too simple to declare copyright, these licenses are both for using the items and our software. Thus, by using loading.io and any items from it, you agree to follow the rules of each license, such as, paying or making attribution before using.
Credits are a prepaid balance used to pay for metered features of this service. They are denominated in credits, not in currency, carry no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged back into money.
Credits reach your account in two ways, and the two behave differently. Subscription credits are granted for each billing period of an active plan. They do not accumulate: each period tops the balance up to that plan's allowance rather than adding to it, and any unused portion of a period does not carry forward. They are available only while the plan is active, and are forfeited when the plan ends.
Purchased credits are the credits you buy directly. They expire one year (365 days) after the date of purchase, and any balance remaining from that purchase at that time is forfeited without refund. Each purchase expires on its own date; buying more credits does not extend the life of credits you already hold.
When you use a metered feature, subscription credits are spent before purchased credits, and purchased credits are spent oldest first, so that credits are consumed in the order they would otherwise expire.
We may refund a credit purchase at our discretion, in which case the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account. Credits already spent are not restored by a refund. We do not refund credits that have expired.
We may change the rate at which credits are sold or the cost of any metered feature. Changes apply to purchases and usage after they take effect, and do not alter the number of credits already in your account.
We may modify these terms to reflect changes to laws or this service. When we make a modiciation, we will publish here and a notification of update will be available when you access this website after the update.
Changes will become effective no sooner than 14 days after published, unless those changes addressing new functions of thie service, or changes for legal reasons.
Additional terms ( if available ) will control for the conflict, if there is a conflict betwen these terms and the additional terms.
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER LOADING.IO NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES "AS IS".
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, LOADING.IO AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LOADING.IO, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, LOADING.IO, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of R.O.C (Taiwan) and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taipei, Republic of China.
